NLX nano

Technology & Function:
Wider Clinical Application
NLX nano covers a wide speed range and is compatible with your existing optic and non-optic contra-angles. Combined with a wide range of contra-angles, it covers a speed range of 100 - 200,000 min-1, to make it suitable for any applications.
Miniaturization & Weight Saving
Thanks to NSK know how, NLX nano has been designed to reduce weight by 20% and size by more than 25% compared with the current NSK micromotor. Despite its smaller size and lighter weight, NLX nano is as powerful and offers the same speed range as the current brushless NSK clinical micromotors.
Improved Balance of Motor and Instrument
The balance of the motor and instrument combined has been improved as the weight and size of NLX nano has been reduced. The overall length of instrument and NLX nano micromotor are almost the same as the length of air turbines and couplings, thus enabling practitioners use contra-angles and NLX nano micromotors just like the use of air turbines.

NSK FX205 Air Motor + FX22 Contra Angle + FX65 Straight Non-Optic Handpiece Set
NSK FX205 Air Motor + FX22 Contra Angle + FX65 Straight Non-Optic Handpiece Set
Packing:
1 x FX205 Air Motor
1 x FX22 Contra Angle
1 x FX65 Straight Non-Optic Handpiece

Technology & Function:
Access
The extra slim head and body design greatly improves direct and indirect visibility to the oral operational field. This includes increased visibility of even difficult access areas in the oral cavity.
Cartridge
In some instances cartridges are easily replaced in surgery with the accessory tools supplied withthe new product. Service costs and downtime are reduced (FX25 / FX25m / FX23).
Paste Defence System
The prophylaxis handpiece head incorporates the unique NSK Paste Defense System which prevents dust and polishing paste debris from entering the handpiece. In addition, the NSK DLC coating on the rotor prevents possible breakage caused by surface abrasions from the polishing paste. These are some features that illustrate extended FX handpiece durability (FX57 / FX57m).
Clean Head System
The Clean Head System has an anti-suck back mechanism that stops blood and foreign matter from entering the head from the oral cavity. As a result, the ball bearings and mechanical parts last longer (FX15 / FX15m / FX25 / FX25m / FX65 / FX65m).
High Precision Gears
The high-precision gears run quiet and are supremely durable, which also reduces uncomfortable vibration.
Push Button Chuck
Push Button Chuck is NSK's original push button auto-chuck mechanism that tensions the bur grip during rotation. It allows one-touch bur insertion and removal without tools. The bur lock mechanism is designed so that bur retention strength increases when high loads are applied to the bur.

Introduction of NLZ
Technology & Function:
Powerful
The conventional magnet rotor has been replaced with an improved magnet rotor. More powerful rotation is achieved in the same amount of space by reducing weak magnetic areas.
Efficient
In this unique technology, the water and air lines that used to bypass the motor have now been integrated with the motor. This new, more efficient configuration makes maximum use of the limited space and is lighter and more powerful than before.
Less Heat
NLZ employs a simple non-layered coil instead of a standard layered coil. The coils are as compact as possible, shortening the pathway for heat generating current. As a result it generates less heat without reducing the output power.
Simplified Pipe Configuration
Conventional products include several pipes, which crank the water flow supplied from the rear of the motor. The NLZ uses a simple straight pipe design instead of a crank, reducing the risk of water clogging in the rear section of the motor.
Contaminants Are Stopped by a Microfilter
There is a water filter with 0.3 mm diameter mesh fitted within the tubing connector at the back of the main unit to catch debris and foreign particles in the water and prevent clogging.
Endo Torque Calibration Function (NLZ E Only)
Performing the “Contra-Check Function” also enables torque calibration. This function measures the no-load current values and corrects the torque accordingly, resulting in greatly enhanced safety in endodontic treatment.
*This function cannot completely absorb the individual difference of the actual motor and contra-angles.
